A strengths-based, relationship-focused approach supporting social-emotional growth, communication, learning, life skills, independence, and community participation for children, youth, and young adults from birth to age 30.

Supporting Every Step of the Journey

From early childhood through young adulthood, Kids CAN provides relationship-based support that grows with each individual and family every step of the way, from birth to age 30.

Individualized Developmental Support

Every child develops differently. Our individualized supports focus on communication, emotional regulation, social skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful growth through relationship-based learning.

Academic & Learning Support

Learning looks different for every child. We provide individualized academic support that builds confidence, strengthens foundational skills, and helps students develop strategies for success at school and beyond.

Social & Group Programs

Meaningful friendships and social growth happen through connection. Our group programs help children and youth build communication, emotional regulation, confidence, social understanding, and lasting peer relationships in a supportive environment.

Camp

Camp programming delivered through Oakwood Academy creates opportunities for friendship, growth, confidence, and fun through engaging activities, individualized support, and meaningful experiences.

Family, Caregiver & Sibling Support

Supporting a child means supporting the whole family. We provide caregiver coaching, sibling support, practical strategies, and collaborative guidance that strengthen confidence, connection, and success at home and in everyday life.

Community Participation & Inclusion

Meaningful participation in the community builds confidence and independence. We support children, youth, and young adults in developing the skills needed to engage in recreational, social, and everyday community experiences.

Youth Transition, Mentorship & Employment Support

As children grow into adolescence and young adulthood, the need for support does not disappear — it changes. At Kids CAN, we help youth and young adults build confidence, independence, social connection, and real-world skills through individualized transition planning, mentorship, peer mentorship opportunities, community-based experiences, and employment readiness support. Whether preparing for greater independence, volunteer opportunities, post-secondary pathways, or meaningful employment, we walk alongside youth and families every step of the journey.
