This program is designed to build and strengthen independence for youth and teens. Students will have the chance to participate in engaging hands-on cooking activities, which develop pride and confidence while illustrating the importance of a healthy diet. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to read and follow written directions, as well as learning how to cook various meals and prepare lunches and snacks. Students will also receive their own personalized cookbook as well as take home their prepared meals for the following day, as well as a written progress report.

Term One Program Dates: Monday afternoons from 4:30pm-6:00pm from September 25th 2017 – December 4th 2017 (10 weeks excluding October 9th 2017)
