Kids in the Kitchen Cooking Club:

This program is designed to build and strengthen independence for youth and teens. Students will have the chance to participate in engaging hands-on cooking activities, which develop pride and confidence while illustrating the importance of a healthy diet. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to read and follow written directions, as well as learning how to cook various meals and prepare lunches and snacks. Students will also receive their own personalized cookbook as well as a take-home container with their prepared meals for the following day, as well as a written progress report at the end of the term. *All fees for cooking and packaging are included in the tuition.

The “Unbelievably Creative Me” Girls Social Club:

For Tweens and Teens, now girls have a social group all their own. This program is designed to address various social skills, specific to girls, in order to further support their ability to build meaningful relationships with their peers. Through a variety of activities, the students will work together to develop emotional regulation strategies, conversation skills, making and maintaining friendships, recess politics, social conflicts as well as increasing their self-confidence and advocating for themselves. This program includes a written progress report at the end of the term.

Tweens N’ Teens Kids CAN Clubs:

Offered in junior and senior divisions, this program is designed to increase socialization among peers. Throughout the session, students participate in a variety of specifically designed games focusing on social skills including; emotional regulation, conversation skills, rule politics, social dilemmas, perspective taking and teamwork. This program a written progress report at the end of the term.

Sensory N’ Science:

This program has been divided into two portions, which are designed to support each student’s ability to develop creativity, critical thinking skills as well as the ability to reflect on their experience while together in a sensory-enriched environment. Whether your child is a “sensory seeker” or “sensory avoider”, they may benefit from receiving additional support to help integrate their senses to maintain self-regulation. Each week, the students will participate in age-appropriate science-based activities with an emphasis on sensory sensations. This program includes a written progress report at the end of the term

Kids Kreations Art Club:

This program is designed to build and strengthen ideation, creativity and abstract thought while encouraging students to express themselves through various art forms. Students will have the opportunity to work on motor skills, language development, decision-making, visual learning, inventiveness, increased self-confidence and overall improved academic performance. This program includes a written progress report at the end of the term. *All fees for supplies are included in the tuition.

Discovery Zone: STEM Lab:

This program is designed to foster communication, teamwork, ideation, creativity, abstract thought. Offered in junior and senior divisions, throughout the session, students participate in a variety of specifically designed games and challenges focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic skills. This program offers a written progress report at the end of the term.

Energy Sports Club:

This program includes both a social and sensory component. Goals targeted include; hand-eye coordination, gross motor, motor planning and praxis, self-regulation, engagement, teamwork and social problem-solving. The physical activity supports the student’s growth and leads to physical and emotional health. Throughout the term, students will have the chance to participate in structured activities focusing on the fundamentals of sports and various active games. *This program includes a written progress report at the end of the term.
